Your Leadership Guide to Aries Season

Aries season is a time of rebirth

Aries season starts on March 20^th and ends on April 19^th. This season is full of significant planetary activity that will shake us out of our comfort zones. Since Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac, Aries season is considered the astrological new year and is a perfect occasion to set goals and intentions. Pisces season encouraged us to think big and imagine our ideal future. Aries season motivates us to take action to make it happen. Ruled by fire, Aries are natural-born leaders who move fast and are comfortable with risk-taking. They have an innate ability to see the strengths in people and know how to build balanced, highly efficient teams. This season, we can all be inspired by Aries’ ambitious and confident nature.

March 20^th marks the beginning of the Aries season and the Spring Equinox. We emerge from the darkness of winter, and as we step into the light, we feel more energized, and anything feels possible. We take control of our greatest hopes and dreams by looking at what we’ve outgrown and challenging ourselves to go after what we want.

Aries (March 21^st – April 19^th):

Happy Aries season! The last few months have been a push/pull for you, Aries. While most other signs slowed down during Aquarius and Pisces season, you kept pushing forward. You’ve completed several projects at work, and your to-do list is easing. This season, you’re feeling a strong desire to rest. Honor that need and lean into the quiet; you deserve it. Take some time this season to enjoy your successes and plan for the future.

Taurus (April 20^th – May 20^th):

After much hard work, you feel like you’re finally making headway and moving forward. This is good news, Taurus! Many opportunities are trickling in, and you feel more enthusiastic about work, a welcome change from the sluggish last few months. Be mindful and don’t say “yes” to too many opportunities to prevent burnout.

Gemini (May 21^st – June 20^th):

Much like last season, your focus this Aries season is career growth and working towards a specific goal. You’re picking up new responsibilities at work and crushing projects. This laser focus is necessary to get to where you want Gemini. Just make sure to revisit your long-term goals to ensure your ambition is heading in the right direction.

Cancer (June 21^st – July 22^nd):

Cancer, this season, you feel a call to action to focus on career growth and boost your reputation within your organization.  The best way to do this is to grow your confidence and push yourself outside your comfort zone. You’ve spent too much time playing small, and a lack of confidence is the only thing in your way. Confidence is like any other skill that needs to be cultivated through practice. Put yourself out there, Cancer.

Leo (July 23^rd – Aug 22^nd):

Leo, you’ve been feeling a little lost lately. If you’ve stagnated in your career, draw motivation from Aries season. You’ll naturally feel more optimistic this month as new opportunities roll in. Try something new, see where it takes you, and say no to anything that feels uninspiring. If you pay attention to what makes you feel fired up, you’ll return to roaring like a lion in no time.

Virgo (Aug 23^rd – Sept 22^nd):

Virgo, you’ve made several achievements in the last few months, and your frantic work pace is slowing down. This is a welcome change because all your time in the weeds has left you feeling depleted. You’ve also spent much time working solo over the last few months, leaving you feeling a bit isolated. Bring out the Aries fire by getting your team together to work on a group project or brainstorming session.

Libra (Sept 23^rd – Oct 22^nd):

You feel a fire growing in you, Libra, and it’s time to let it out. You have a gnawing urge to test yourself and work on something challenging; you just need to figure out where to put your focus. Is there an opportunity at work you’re after? A new skill you want to learn? A new goal will energize you and help take your career to the next level.

Scorpio (Oct 23^rd – Nov 21^st):

Scorpio, your career might take a backseat this month, and that’s okay! You’ve spent much of the last few months working incredibly hard with no rest. You feel the urge to flex your creative muscles and mix things up. If there isn’t much opportunity to explore your creativity in your career, look to classes or courses in your community.

Sagittarius (Nov 22^nd – Dec 21^st):

The slow pace of the last two seasons has tested your patience, but things are finally moving! As a fellow fire sign, you love to move quickly, and Aries season has a lot of excitement in store for you. Your career is on fire this month, with opportunities approaching you fast. If you want to make a job change, this is the month to initiate it.  It’s go time, Sagittarius!

Capricorn (Dec 22^nd – Jan 19^th):

There is light at the end of the tunnel Capricorn. After months of hard work with little rest, a reprieve is coming by the end of March, and you’ll finally be able to catch your breath. What will you do with this slowdown? Capricorns love staying busy, but you also need to fill your cup. Organizing a team event will keep your team connected and allow you to have some fun.

Aquarius (Jan 20^th – Feb 18^th):

Aquarius, you may be feeling a little antsy these days, and that’s because Aries season is encouraging you to be honest about your circumstances. Aquarians get bored quickly, complacency is not in your vocabulary, and it’s time to ask yourself hard questions. Are you happy with where you are in your career? If you feel you could use a change, use the fire from Aries season to motivate you to transform your life.

Pisces (Feb 19^th – March 20^th):

Pisces, you were urged to take a breather during Pisces season, and hopefully, you did because things are about to get busy. Are you angling for a promotion or looking for a job change? Anything you want is at your fingertips- the only caveat is that you have to work for it.
