Six weeks. A new course is released each week for the student to take at their own pace. Students meet weekly with their assigned mentor. Overall time commitment is 2-3 hours per week or 12-18 hours in total.
Your new leaders will have the skills to build and lead high-performing teams leading to more effective results. They will feel supported, respected and empowered when they have a community of peers and mentors they can reach out to for advice, ideas and general feedback.
