No, each topic will be taught from the ground up and requires no prior knowledge.

Six weeks. A new course is released each week for the student to take at their own pace. Students meet weekly with their assigned mentor. Overall time commitment is 2-3 hours per week or 12-18 hours in total.

Your leaders will have the know-how and confidence to apply the leadership skills they learned during their military service in a different way to build and lead high-performing teams in the corporate world.
