Productivity experts say that we should be taking a short 5-10 minute break for every 50 minutes of work (this would apply in the office or at home). It’s something we encourage in our programs. I use an app called Focus@Will recommended to me by @Avoorheis22 to not only help me focus, but to also time my work. I have my timer on the app set to 50 minutes and when I hear the alarm, I get up and walk around, stretch or do a mini workout with the weights I keep next to my desk. 😊 You don’t need to pay for the app – you can also use the timer on your watch, phone or computer!
