This bonus is an additional 2 weeks to introduce you to concepts that you must have for career advancement. To succeed in management, you need all of the people and soft skills but you must absolutely have business, strategic and financial acumen. As a manager, you need to understand your business, where it’s going, and your role in taking it there. You must be able to look at the external environment, identify risks and opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.
